Our Sand Cast Lead Manufacturing Process
Pattern Design and Mould Preparation
We start by creating a detailed pattern that serves as a template for the sand mould. High-quality sand mixed with binders is used to form the mould cavity, accurately reflecting the shape of the final product.
Melting and Pouring

Cooling and Removal
